Returns and Exchange:

·       Product will be returned or exchanged only if the customer provides uncut full length video of unpacking that product and if the product is found defective/damaged in that video.

o   Return/Exchanges in such cases of full priced products can be done against product(s)/store credit. 

o   All shipping charges are non-refundable in such case

·       Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

·       Exchanges can only be processed once for each item purchased.

If in case the shipping address provided by customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver to you, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer and customer will have to pay for shipping charges.
